The goal of this project was to design a low-cost residential complex in one of poor neighborhoods in Tehran. As a design principle , the definition of an Iranian home was considered. Two of the most important design principles of the project is first dedicating an open space to every single house and second to design the spaces in a flexible way that can be transformed during the day based on the need of the tenants.The design and development of the project were completely done in Revit. Image A shows the below ground floor plan for the parking area, image B shows the first floor plan, image C shows the second floor plan and the fourth floor plan, image D shows the third and the fifth floor plan and finally image E shows the roof plan and D shows the project in the context.

The main objective of the project was to design an affordable housing project where habitats can enjoy their private open and closed area and public and communal areas. Although typical floor plans and local materials were used in order to cut the expenses of the project. but every unit still has an open space and a flexible interior rooms where can be adjusted by residents.
